Case study · NDIS provider website and SEO
Good Company Disability Services
An accessible, service-led website for an NDIS provider working across Victoria and Western Australia, built to be found for the supports it delivers.
Tap the sonar to ping the deep
Built to be trusted at a glance
Good Company needed a website that participants, families and support coordinators could trust at a glance, that explained each support in plain language, and that could be found by people searching for those supports.
Kraken Digital and Good Company share an owner, so we know the sector from the inside. That shaped every decision on this build, and it is why we now run the whole digital side, from the code to the marketing.

An NDIS website people trust at a glance
Designed, written and built by Kraken Digital on WordPress. See our NDIS web design service.
A page for every support (NDIS mentoring, employment support, SLES, self care, and social and community participation), city pages for Melbourne and Perth, suburb service-area pages, and participant stories and Google reviews beside each service.
Participants, families and support coordinators each need different answers, so every service page leads with plain-language eligibility, funding and next steps.
One site that serves two states and turns searches into referrals.
From slow to sonar-fast on mobile
A full speed overhaul, then ongoing maintenance so it stays that way.
Critical CSS, deferred scripts, lighter images and delayed tracking tags, plus ongoing plugin, theme and core updates.
Participants and families often browse on phones and patchy connections, so we tuned for mobile first, not just desktop scores.
Pages that load quickly for every participant, and Core Web Vitals that pass with real users.
Hosting nobody at Good Company thinks about
Part of our managed hosting service.
Managed Kinsta hosting with daily backups, security monitoring and updates, all handled by us.
For a provider, the website is a referral channel. If it is down, referrals are missed, so uptime is our job, not theirs.
A fast, secure site with zero maintenance time for the Good Company team.
Accessible by design, not as an afterthought
Many of the people this provider supports live with disability, so access came first.
An accessibility toolbar, plain language throughout, readable type, and descriptive links and image text.
We built towards the WCAG 2.2 standard from the first wireframe, for participants, carers and coordinators alike.
More people can read, navigate and enquire without help.
Clean tracking, measured honestly
Fewer scripts, and numbers that mean something.
An audit of the site’s tag manager. Legacy tags left over from the previous setup that no longer served a purpose were removed, and the remaining tracking was delayed so it does not slow pages down.
We count real enquiries, not page views, so Good Company’s reports reflect actual referrals.
Honest reporting and lighter pages, ready for the marketing that follows.
SEO: a new engagement, started October 2026
Our SEO for NDIS providers service, now running for Good Company.
A full search baseline recorded on 15 October 2026: keyword positions, estimated traffic, and the technical groundwork in the other tabs.
NDIS searches split by city and by support type, so the plan maps each support and each city to its own page.
Every gain from here is measured against a public starting line.
The starting line, marked in public
