What we automate
If your team does it every week in roughly the same way, it is a candidate. The most common wins for Australian small businesses:
Quotes & invoice chasing
Quotes drafted from your price list, sent for your approval, and overdue invoices followed up politely, automatically, until they're paid.
Lead intake & triage
Every enquiry from your website, email and socials lands in one place, tagged by service, with a draft reply ready in your voice within minutes.
Reports that write themselves
Weekly or monthly reports compiled from your spreadsheets, Xero or job software, summarised in plain English before you've had coffee.
Document generation
Proposals, service agreements, onboarding packs and compliance paperwork generated from a form, consistent and typo-free every time.
Data entry between systems
Re-keying from emails into your CRM, spreadsheet or job system, done by a workflow instead of a person, with an audit trail.
Customer replies, drafted
AI drafts answers to routine questions from your own FAQ and policies. A human reads and hits send, so the tone stays yours.
How it works
Audit
A free 30-minute call plus a short review of how work flows through your business. You get a written list of what's worth automating, what isn't, and what each would save.
Build & test
We build the workflow with your real examples, run it alongside your current process and tune it until the output is something you'd happily send.
Run & improve
It goes live with monitoring and a simple kill switch. We review the logs, fix edge cases and keep improving it month to month.
AI drafts, humans approve. Anything that reaches a customer, a regulator or your accounts gets a human checkpoint by default. You stay in control of your business — the robots just carry the boxes.

AI automation FAQs
What is AI automation, in plain English?
Software that does a repeatable job the way a careful staff member would: it reads the email or form, writes the draft, files the data, and asks a human when it isn't sure. We combine AI models with ordinary integrations between the tools you already use.
Which tools do you work with?
The ones you already have: Gmail or Outlook, spreadsheets, Xero-style accounting tools, CRMs, job management software, website forms and calendars. If it has an export, an inbox or an API, we can usually automate around it.
Is our data safe?
We design for the Australian Privacy Principles: data stays in your accounts wherever possible, we use business-grade AI services (not free consumer tools), nothing is used to train public models, and you get a written note of exactly what data each workflow touches.
Will it replace our staff?
It replaces the part of their week they complain about. Businesses use the time saved for the work that actually needs people: customers, quality and growth.
What does AI automation cost?
Our Pilot is $1,990 + GST for one workflow built end to end. Scale is $4,990 + GST for up to four connected workflows, and Managed is $790 + GST per month to keep everything monitored and improving, month to month with no lock-in.
Do you only work with Melbourne businesses?
No — we're based in Melbourne and work with businesses Australia-wide. Automation projects run remotely over video calls, with everything documented so your team can see exactly what was built.
